Since hammering Joshua has Ruiz Jr remained healthy and fit?
He will be heavy but that. He likes tacos. We do not be concerned about his diet outside of camp. Bear in mind, this is a heavyweight camp. Andy is not a lightweight.
When his diet starts, is Ruiz Jr disciplined?
Yes. We try to make it more healthy. A lot of fruits and veggies but he’s the treat. For the most part, he is serious about his dietplan. We try to offer the fuel to him. We introduce veggies and fish.
Tell us around Ruiz Jr’s cheat meal…
We will cheat. In the last camp we would go to the films in the weekend and he’d have popcorn. But the tacos are all our escape on Friday night. There is a place we go to where he eats tacos. But nothing too crazy.
Where will Ruiz Jr go to eat tacos?
There’s a location close to his home, an area around the corner – . They place cheese in the taco, and melt it – he adores the marinated pork although we get an assortment.
Does a cheat meal store Ruiz Jr concentrated throughout a coaching camp?
Definitely. We must keep him happy. He has when he’s hungry. So I keep him fed. He operates out very difficult and his coaching times are demanding so I keep him helplessly and joyful.
