Since they made it two wins in a row after beating on Kosovo U21s 2-0 on Monday night, phil Foden scored twice for England U21s.
Having played just 10 minutes of Premier League soccer for Manchester City this year, Foden looked keen to unwind at KCOM Stadium and poked England facing close range (25).
Kosovo were a difficult nut to crack when Foden was on hand to fire home for England, from 10 yards to rubber-stamp their success, and it occurred before injury-time.
Aidy Boothroyd’s side have reacted in their opening Euro 2021 qualifiers, taking maximum points from their two games.
Top in kick-off after wins from Andorra and also Turkey, kosovo, began full of confidence and the Lirim Kastrati saw his shot turned away for a corner early on.
England settled into their stride and Foden was on hand to fire home the rebound when Steven Sessegnon’s shot was cleared off the line.
Tom Davies and reiss Nelson both went close before the break but Kosovo should have levelled when Arbnor Muja spooned an effort from three yards onto the crossbar.
Eddie Nketiah pulled without looking that harmful in the third, a effort wide after the fracture as England stayed.
That wastefulness from the third nearly came back to snack but Max Aarons refused Kosovo a scoring chance with a challenge inside his six-yard box which resulted in him limping off with an ankle injury.
Foden final wrapped up the points in injury time, latching onto a loose ball in the area and shooting home to maintain England’s 100 per cent record in Group Three.
